In these terms and conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below:

• "4d13" or "Platform" — refers to the website 4d13.app together with all services, applications and systems operating under it.
• "Member" or "User" — refers to any individual who has validly registered an account on the 4d13 Platform.
• "Account" — refers to a unique user account, registered with a valid username and password.
• "Real Money" — refers to funds deposited in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) or cryptocurrency converted to an equivalent value.
• "Bonus" — refers to credits, cashback or promotional rewards given by 4d13 to members subject to specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

To register and use the 4d13 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• Register as a private individual — registration in the name of a company or organisation is not permitted.
• You are only allowed to hold one (1) account per individual. Duplicate accounts will be terminated without prior notice and the balance in those accounts may be forfeited.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.

• The account has been inactive for an extended period with no transactions.

• The relevant authorities issue an order to do so.

Prior to termination, 4d13 will attempt to contact the member via their registered email, except in cases involving security or fraud that require immediate action.

4d13 operates under international licensing and strives to provide a safe and stable platform. However, 4d13 is not liable for:

• Loss of access due to internet disruptions or device issues on the member's end.
• Financial losses arising from the member's own betting decisions.
• Payment delays caused by verification procedures required by banks or e-wallet providers.
• Any service disruptions beyond 4d13's control, including cyberattacks or third-party infrastructure failures.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of 4d13 to any member is limited to the net deposit amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

4d13 reserves the right to modify, improve, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes made will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
